For a company that has been manufacturing for more than a decade, Kan Can USA was barely making any sales outside of wholesales and showrooms. Their outdated ecommerce website was getting little traffic, and their weak online presence and aesthetic was not doing them any favors.

For a company that has been manufacturing for more than a decade, Kan Can USA was barely making any sales outside of wholesales and showrooms. Their outdated ecommerce website was getting little traffic, and their weak online presence and aesthetic was not doing them any favors.
Elevating Kan Can's brand image with new and improved lifestyle and editorial photography was essential in creating a solid foundation for the website and marketing aesthetics. We wanted the photos to exude a sense of comfort and confidence that young women would feel while wearing the denim pieces.
We had a unique task of developing a single platform Shopify store that would cater to both B2B and B2C clients, while maintaining a straightforward way to update design. In order to make the conflicting B2B pre-pack orders and B2C individual size orders work on the limited Shopify backend, we created a customized private app to support both functions.
In addition, we developed a custom ERP bridge that would allow for more efficient inventory management.
Our development, design, and copywriting transformed a clunky, desolate website into a stylish, modern online shopping experience.
To launch our social media marketing efforts, we focused on Instagram and influencer marketing as our main methods of expanding reach and building brand recognition. Through unique content and consistent posting strategies, we were able to grow the account from 3k followers to 30k+ followers. Followers are great, but sales are more important. The key to unlocking sales was our robust influencer affiliate program to build trust and a strong community around Kan Can's denim products.
Pushing sales required digital marketing tactics on all fronts, including SEO, Google AdWords, email marketing, and in-depth data analytics. For this project, we provided a Marketing Manager dedicated to coordinating all digital efforts, monitoring activity, and generating analytics reports to optimize our performance
