Upgrade the overall brand and messaging to better showcase LASC's innovation, blended learning methodologies, inclusivity, and central location in sunny southern California. To distinguish LASC from other ESL schools, it was important to find ways to emphasize LASC's official accreditations, certifications, and EAP program partnerships with over 30 colleges and universities.
Increase class enrollment and sales, while providing a more efficient platform for prospective student inquiries and communications.
Attracting more prospective students means reimagining a new brand with updated photography, a streamlined website, and full-service digital marketing services.
The first crucial step was to produce new photography to uplift LASC's image across the website, social media, ads, and print material. It was important to have crisp, vibrant photos that promoted diversity, positivity, and community. Now, LASC has professional assets for student life, teacher profiles, campus, and classroom photos that make the school feel more legitimate and relatable.
Often, a streamlined and up-to-date website—housing all essential course information, news, and other FAQ's—could be a deciding factor for a prospective student who has been filtering through various school websites for hours. We custom built a straighforward website with 10 international landing pages to increase accessibility for students without English-speaking resources. We also intergrated a scheduler that allows new and current students to book appointments with Student Representatives to standardize inquiries and centralize communications to one location.
Adding to our task of making LASC more efficient, we intergrated the website to the school's ERP to reduce admin time for Student Representatives who can now focus on more worthwhile objectives like student achievement.
To expand LASC's digital reach and build a credible brand, we had to do a complete overhaul of their social media platforms. We performed a competitor brand audit to strategize a content calendar that would showcase the spirit of LASC campuses, build a student community, and highlight new courses. We wanted prospective students to get a true glimpse of the LASC lifestyle, because afterall, most people come to social media to form their first impression.
We also improved LASC's digital presence through SEO, PPC, Email Automation, and Review Marketing efforts that generated a general swell of traffic to their website that hadn't existed before.
